Return Policy

We make Shelalees to bring joy and happiness to its wearer. If you get a piece and don’t like it, we can exchange an unused product in the original box for a different one in its price category within 14 days of delivery.  Please send an email to info@shelalee.com within 14 days of receipt.  

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
